Integration of (HTTP) tracking​

The traffic source should be recorded when the website is initially accessed and transferred to the online assistant. To do this, the following code is inserted into the <head> area of the website. This script must be inserted on all pages of the homepage so that the traffic source can be traced correctly.

Based on this collected data, the traffic source can be recorded, among other things. This data is analyzed and made available in the customer portal.
